The Project Manager will be reporting to the Customer Finance Director within Believe’s Operations department. She/he will be focused on digital products and processes. She/he will address three types of projects:
1) Deploying Customer Finance Operations Processes and Product Go-to-Market strategies
Leads and coordinates GTM communications related to Customer Finance Operations impacting Sales and Clients activities
Participate in product discovery phases & gather insights from the Sales team to make recommendations and support Product Managers in their Product launch strategies
Actively take part in rolling out Ops and Product Go-to-Market strategy: prepare training materials, communication
Conduct Ops and Product hypercare phase
Report on Ops and Product deployment Success KPIs (Actual vs Business Case numbers, on time delivery of project, in market execution etc.)
Ensure good coordination & knowledge between Ops and Product teams
2) Working on continuous improvement
Develop relationships and work with Sales, Ops teams, and other stakeholders to identify process & product optimization opportunities
Prepare & present an improvement business case to the Customer Finance Director
Project management timely implementation
3) Taking part in fostering knowledge management & innovation
Maintain an innovation pipeline on operations processes, products and technologies
Work hand in hand with the Knowledge Management & Innovation leaders to improve the level of knowledge of the overall team and stakeholders
Depending on the project phase, She/he will be responsible for preparing the following materials (non-exhaustive list):
OPS & Product Go-to-Market strategies
Functional analysis (e.g.: gap analysis)
PMO documentation
Change management materials (communication or training supports)
Communication with sales team for each business line & key stakeholders (premium & automated solutions)
The ideal candidate will be/ have:
Master’s degree in business or engineering
Work experience +3/4 years
Quick learner
Previous experience in a management consulting firm or any project department within a Tech or Media company would be appreciated
Previous experience in Change management (acts as a facilitator on a day-to-day basis)
Previous experience of studying abroad or working in an international environment
The candidate will need to show:
Strong skills in PowerPoint & Excel
Excellent relationship & communication skills
Fluency in English mandatory, French would be appreciated
Curiosity for the Tech & Media industries
