We are looking for a Product Operations Lead to join the Product organization to help our product teams continue creating products that delight our consumers, merchants and couriers in the markets we operate in. The challenge for this role will be to build the connective tissue in the organization so that our stakeholders realize value from the products we build, faster, while continuing to empower product teams to build great products.
As a Product Operations Lead, you will be helping to facilitate communications between product and business operations and country teams on the product vision, new product features and changes. You’ll work with product leaders to define the operating model within the organization to implement and scale product strategy. You will work with a cross functional team of incredibly talented colleagues in Engineering, Product, Data, and more, to design and refine processes to improve how we develop and deploy new products.
Responsibilities
Gather and analyze data and feedback from key users (customers/merchants/couriers) globally to identify trends to help inform product improvements
Facilitate regular communications between product and internal business teams on product vision, new product features and changes
Develop and refine processes to improve efficiency and speed in product development and rollouts across the organization
Define the operating model with feedback loops within the organization to implement and scale product strategy
Directly manage large projects and coordinate across multiple stakeholders to support strategic initiatives
Proven experience as a Product Operations Manager - you know how to work across the organization to develop great products
Strong project management experience
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
Experience executing cross-functional work and coordinating across multiple stakeholders in support of strategic initiatives
A can-do attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities at the same time
Experience working with SQL or BI tools and using data to identify trends, generate insights and problem-solve
