As the Product Operations and Growth Manager, your mission will be to spearhead initiatives that broaden our user base, boost engagement, and drive the adoption of our blockchain products and services. You'll play a crucial role in advancing our product GTM operations, working cross-functionally with development, product, and market teams to meet our ambitious goals.
Responsibilities:
Craft and implement robust growth strategies aimed at user acquisition, retention, and heightened engagement
Lead product go-to-market operations, leveraging resources across technology development, product management, and market sectors to achieve project milestones and quantitative targets
Analyze performance data and metrics to continually refine and optimize growth strategies for maximum effectiveness
Partner with management to pinpoint, define, launch, and drive essential strategic and operational projects, offering strategic and operational insights to various functional and cross-functional groups
Conduct user research to uncover demands, preferences, and opportunities that will boost user activity and loyalty
Keep abreast of the latest trends, advancements, and innovations in Web3, integrating key insights into growth strategies
Monitor competitive landscape and market dynamics to identify potential threats and opportunities for expansion
Requirements:
At least 6 years of professional experience in cryptocurrency and/or blockchain firms with strong market knowledge on the latest trends
Demonstrated success in driving user growth and engagement through innovative strategies and initiatives
Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage resource allocation, coordinate project schedules, and enhance overall operational efficiency
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decision-making
