Responsibilities
Customer Success:
- You will work as the driving force behind OneScreen’s Customer Success effort in the US, Canada, EU, MESA & NA region through customer onboarding, customer account management, and provide walkthroughs on how to use OneScreen Products
- As as a knowledge hub for OneScreen's product range, you'll use your expertise to identify creative ways to meet customer expectations and achieve their use cases, ensuring that our products align with their needs
- You will strategise growth of OneScreen’s SaaS Products by working on customer acquisition and retention while working with Marketing teams to create content promoting OneScreen products and increase reach.
- Provide timely assistance to dealers and customers for software and hardware products through calls, emails and messages
- Closely working with Sales teams to design solutions and check requirements. Closely working with Marketing teams to create content promoting OneScreen products and increase reach
Product & Experience:
- You'll use a data-driven approach to draw insights from market research and analyze customer experience, helping to ensure that our products meet customer needs and expectations
- Implement improvements to features, design and user journey for new and existing products.
- Develop and maintain user manuals, quick start guides, and other documentation to support customer onboarding and training
- Strategise and manage projects involving end to end product deployments for large customer accounts.
Operations:
- Automate, spearhead and manage key operations involving RMA and RTV processes
- Manage inventory of products and spare parts at the OneScreen warehouse while working on dashboards and reports.
- Establish relationships with OneScreen installers for repair and replacement of secondary warehouses
- Ensure smooth operations at secondary warehouses while working with our partners. Identify prospective new locations and partners to drive down operations costs
- Take a data-driven approach to identify areas for cost reduction and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Exceptional communication and presentations skills, detail-oriented, skilled at managing multiple priorities, and can handle unexpected challenges within cross-functional teams
