🏡🏢This is a Hybrid role, the Product Operations team work from our London (Shoreditch) Offices 3 days per week.
What You’ll Be Doing
As the Product Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the operational running of our credit card program and payment channels, ensuring that our product always works as intended and is the best business credit card for our customers.
✨Monitoring and analysing payment performance data, such as acceptance rates
✨Constantly striving for improvements to our offering e.g. contacting merchant acquirers to help resolve merchant issues and ensure our card is always accepted
✨Engaging with internal teams and external vendors to drive product improvements and optimising payment processes to ensure we provide the best business credit card
✨Supporting global product teams to manage our payments channels and card programmes
✨Ensuring appropriate compliance of VISA Scheme rules.
✨Relationship management of payment vendors, managing card stock levels and design updates
✨Investigating escalated customer card or payment issues
✨Incident management
✨Provide Product Operations ongoing support and training to improve internal knowledge of the card and payment services
We’re Looking For
Required skills:
✨Card payments and card scheme knowledge or experience in the debit or credit card industry
✨Comfortable with data and SQL
✨Previous experience of relevant payment schemes is preferred (e.g. Visa card scheme, BACS, ACH)
✨Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
✨Hardworking, results-driven individual with a bias for action
✨A knack for identifying problems and driving solutions
✨Customer-centricity
