The Product Operations Analyst collaborates and is a point of contact between the product,
engineering, and partner enablement teams. Product Ops personnel will improve alignment,
communication, and processes around product launches.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Analyzing data from various product launch releases to help product management make better-informed decisions on new functionality.
- Turn data from product launches into insights, analyze information from multiple data sources, and identify the most impactful.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the launch priorities and support with data-driven recommendations.
- Maintain a strong team culture of trust, accountability, and commitment to impact product launch.
- Provide data, framework, structure, and platform to collaborate to solve ambiguous issues at the launch.
- Streamline product launch operations to enhance the overall launch documentation and quality.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Preferably MBA or interested in a product management career.
- Ready to operate in the matrix environment and collaborate across multiple stakeholders to support product launch.
- Conversant with numbers, data modeling, and ready-to-learn report generation tools (Power BI or Tableau).
- Exceptional organizing and data structuring skills and attention to detail.
- A can-do attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and streamline operations.
- Ability to create and refine operations processes to get to the priority of new releases on time and enable quick course correction.
