As the TASER Operations Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting this mission by ensuring that product and sales performance are accurately tracked and reported, enabling us to continue improving our products and driving success in regional markets.

 

Your Impact 

As the TASER Operations Analyst, you will focus on monitoring and reporting product performance metrics in specific regions, ensuring accurate, timely data that supports the operational and sales teams. You will also support compliance and framework reporting to help TASER products meet local requirements.


What You’ll Do

Position Title: Operations Analyst - TASER
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Reports to: Sr Manager, TASER Global
Direct Reports: None (IC role)

  • Regional Product Reporting
    • Generate monthly and quarterly reports on product sales and adoption rates in your regions, providing clear, actionable insights for the product and sales teams.
    • Monitor TASER product sales in assigned regions by gathering data related to sales, product uptake, and operational metrics.
    • Support requests from regional product managers to fulfill specific data requests

 

  • International Sales Reporting
    • Track sales data related to TASER products in specific regions and meets the required framework reporting standards.
    • Support the completion of framework compliance reports for each region, ensuring that all data is in place for meeting regulatory and operational requirements.

 

  • TASER International Sales Dashboards
    • Develop basic dashboards for tracking product and sales performance, ensuring key stakeholders can access timely data for their needs.
    • Support the post-launch reporting process by gathering feedback and sales performance data from new product rollouts, helping to inform future improvements.

 

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in a data analytics, reporting, or product support role, ideally in a product-driven or hardware environment.
  • Strong data management and reporting skills, with experience using tools such as SalesForce, basic Power BI dashboards, data tools.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage and report data clearly and concisely.
  • Experience with compliance reporting or working in regulated environments is a plus.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, with a focus on providing accurate, actionable data to support decision-making.
