About the role
We’re seeking a Product Onboarding Manager with strong product skills and customer empathy to get our Mid-Market and Enterprise customers up and running with Dragonboat, to join our customer growth and success organization.
Leverage your Dragonboat product knowledge and draw upon your product operations, product management or program management experience to understand customers' needs, how they operate, and effectively guide them through the onboarding process to deliver the best business outcomes for the customer.
What you’ll do:
Bring your knowledge in product management, product operations and become a Dragonboat product expert and enable our Enterprise and Mid-Market customers for immediate success
Work with the sales and customer success teams to set clients up for success through the onboarding phase
Establish strong relationships with executive stakeholders and deliver on customer business goals
Learn and share best practices for setting strategy, capturing ideas, prioritizing work, and creating visual roadmaps
Provide a cohesive and effective product onboarding experience for new customers. Educate and train customers on Dragonboat’s capabilities and best practices to ensure smooth and successful product adoption across all user personas including CPOs, Product Ops leaders and Product Managers
Track and document onboarding success against key milestones
Manage multiple individual onboarding initiatives in parallel while working as part of a cross functional Sales, Customer Success and Product team
Gather customer feedback and operate as the ‘voice of customer’ internally
Bachelor’s degree preferred
4+ years mid-market or enterprise client facing experience in B2B solutions engineering, product operations or product management
2+ years of product management, product operations or program management experience
Experience with go-to-market processes to enable customers achieve their product and business outcomes
Experience with B2B software applications and workflow methodologies
Excellent written communication skills, tailored to different audiences ranging from executives to individual contributors.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A self-starter with an upbeat/positive attitude
Knowledge of product management, project management or workflow tools (Dragonboat, Atlassian suite, ProductBoard, Aha) and processes (Agile, Quarterly planning, PDLC, SDLC, Portfolio Management) preferred
Jira, Azure, Github etc tooling/ admin experience preferred
