SoftOne is looking for a Product & Content Marketer to join our high-caliber team.
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Create and maintain training materials to accelerate product adoption for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Translate complex features into clear, concise, and impactful messaging that resonates with various customer segments.
- Create high-quality visual content that provides product information and best practices that shape audience perception of SoftOne products and services.
- Monitor the progress of product enrichments and embed it in the product documentation itinerary ensuring timely delivery of business-as-usual.
- Deliver a purposeful outcome that is highly engaging and effective at making our customers confident and skilled at using our products.
- Identify gaps, proofread, and edit product marketing material.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment with overall audience messaging.
- Communicate the value proposition of our products and services to our community and develop the proper content that supports various business and accounting processes.
Your Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Business/ Accounting/ Finance
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with software implementation, including an in-depth perspective on customers’ needs preferably focused on enterprise software / SaaS categories, such as Financials, CRM, and ERP.
- Strong expertise in business processes, best practices, and their alignment with software product solutions.
- Fluency in Greek and English along with excellent copywriting skills.
- Master communicator and experimentation mindset that knows that growth requires testing and iteration.
- Able to prioritize work, projects, and activities to optimize for the most impactful results.
- Ability and willingness to work with distributed engineering and product teams.
- Ability to work and test new features across multiple products & and platforms,
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create and manage user stories, ensuring alignment with business goals.
