The role involves creating and implementing marketing content strategies to drive awareness, interest, and sales for Lucidya’s products & solutions. Here are some key aspects of the role:
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand consumer needs, use cases, competitor products, and industry trends.
- Positioning and Messaging: Work on defining the unique selling propositions (USPs) of the product and create compelling messaging to communicate these advantages to the target audience.
- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Experience Team, to ensure a cohesive approach. It’s a must to understand the product inside out to effectively communicate its value.
- Content Creation: Creating various marketing materials such as product collateral, sales presentations, website content, and advertising campaigns to effectively communicate the product's features and benefits.
- Product Launch Communication: Responsible for creating the communication content for product launch. This includes coordinating with different teams, developing launch campaigns messaging, and ensuring a smooth introduction to the market.
- Brand Representation: Ensure that the product aligns with the overall brand strategy of the company and that all marketing materials and communications reflect the brand identity.

Requirements
- Product Positioning: Define and articulate the unique value proposition of each product.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Develop comprehensive GTM strategies for new product launches.
- Study our products and translate technical details into benefits for the users.
- Write product-related stories to inspire, reports, case studies, papers.. Etc.
- Sales Enablement: Provide the sales team with the tools and training to communicate product features and benefits effectively.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, CX, and Product teams to ensure product messaging and goals alignment.
- Participate in and be a speaker at virtual and in-person events.
- Support integrated marketing campaigns, collaborating with the Demand Generation and Performance Marketing and Content teams to drive leads, opportunities, and sales.
- Coach sales teams by leading product and personal training sessions and providing supporting assets aimed at helping sales reps improve engagement and conversion when engaging with prospects and current customers.
- Demo products, features, and integrations for internal and external stakeholders
