We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. You will be working with Yiguo Zhang, Product Marketing Manager, on projects that stand at the intersection of various teams across the company: Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services.
Product Marketing at Lengow takes on a wide range of responsibilities, from understanding the market, to devising go-to-market strategies, and conveying the value of our products to the right audience. Your job is to be the bridge between our products and the market, ensuring that we develop solutions that meet market demands and that the audience recognizes the value our products offer.
⌨️ Your main responsibilities would include:
- Market, Customer and Competitive Research: Monitor news in targeted industries and on our competition; conduct comprehensive customer research to inform product development, positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies.
- Product Go-To-Market Execution: Work closely with Product team to monitor upcoming feature launches and devise the right go-to-market plan, execute external communications with the right message on the right channels (in-app, emailing, website, social…), and coordinate internal readiness across teams to ensure adoption and retention.
- Collateral Development & Field Enablement: Craft various product collaterals and sales tools such as one pagers, product tours, use cases, integration guides, demo flows, battlecards, and deliver training to ensure customer-facing teams are equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively sell our products.
- Support in Growth, Customer and Partner Marketing Activities: Be the expert in product knowledge and value proposition, provide expertise to other customer-facing teams in customer communication and demand generation campaigns.

Requirements
🏹 We are looking for someone with the following experiences and skills:
Experiences:
- Bachelor's or Master's education in business, marketing, technology, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2+ years in B2B software marketing, ideally in product marketing or similar roles.
- Proven track record in crafting customer-facing product content.
- Experience working with international markets and teams.
- Experience in selling-related roles such as sales, solution consulting, CSM, or sales enablement is a plus.
- Experience and knowledge in the e-commerce industry is highly preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in English, plus proficiency in either Spanish or German is required. Additional proficiency in French or Italian is also appreciated.
- Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce
- Technical Familiarity: strong understanding of product, technology, and data-related topics to effectively grasp and communicate technical product details.
- Business acumen and analytical thinking: ability to quickly identify problems, opportunities, and analyze business impact to support decision making.
- Synthesis and storytelling: capable of distilling complex, technical concepts into compelling, value-driven narratives
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Organisational skills, detail focus, and ownership mindset to driven projects autonomously
