About the opportunity
The Product Marketing Manager position is an exciting role within our SME (Small & Medium Enterprise) customer Line of Business at MYOB. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and growing the SME Product Marketing function.
Reporting to the Segment Product Marketing Lead, SME, you will be a vital member of a team managing cross-functional groups. Your role will focus on defining product propositions that deliver significant value to our customers and markets. You will also assist in developing marketing strategies to enhance product and feature awareness, stimulate product utilisation, and contribute to growing our customer base.
This role serves as an essential link between Product Management and various operational teams within MYOB.


What you'll do
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will:
- Craft market leading propositions that customers love. Own the positioning of products in market, defining our product/features' value proposition and the language we use in marketing material and within the product.
- Analyse market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to find opportunities for innovation.
- Create and analyse feature adoption funnels to identify and drive areas of opportunity.
- Support the update and maintenance of Product Portfolios with relevant insights.
- Inject the voice of the customer into our product development and communications.
- Assist in creating and implementing product marketing campaigns that appeal to our customers and target audiences.
- Collaborate with teams across product management, sales, marketing, insights, and support to ensure effective market launches.
- Enable front line sales and support with compelling product tools to help them position and sell our products and features.
- Contribute to team development and foster a culture of collaboration across MYOB.


What experience you should bring
-Critical thinking and a proactive approach.
- Experience in Product Marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Experience with SME-focused products is beneficial.
- Understanding of customer and product propositions.
- Ability to distill complex analytics into key themes and actionable insights.
- A strong grasp of data and analytics, with the ability to turn insights into strategies.
- Proven ability to contribute to business growth and meet performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a cross-functional team.
- A commitment to achieving team goals and delivering outcomes.
