Context

The objective of Skello's Product Marketing team is to ensure the successful launch and adoption of our products by customers, and to create compelling messaging that highlights their value. At the heart of all our projects, Product Marketing Managers are at the forefront of bridging the gap between our product(s) and the market, finding ways to communicate their benefits effectively and drive user engagement.
As our future Product Marketing Manager, you will be involved in the entire product lifecycle, from market research and customer insights to launch strategies and post-launch analysis, to ensure our products resonate with users and meet market needs.
You will be joining a passionate, talented, and multidisciplinary team dedicated to developing innovative go-to-market strategies, executing exceptional product positioning, and elevating our brand presence across Europe.

Missions

  • Ensure product value maximisation for customers and users through strategic product marketing initiatives.
  • Identify and evaluate market trends and opportunities across different segments to inform product strategy.
  • Conduct thorough customer research, both qualitative and quantitative, to gain deep insights into user needs and preferences.
  • Develop compelling value propositions and tailored messaging for international markets, segments, and target audiences.
  • Create and execute effective Go-To-Market strategies focused on driving product adoption and acquiring new customers through various channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align product marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimise the impact of product marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • You have at least 3 years' experience in SaaS business, marketing and product issues.
  • You have experience in defining, positioning and launching SaaS product features.
  • You have an analytical mind and know how to use quantitative and qualitative data to make recommendations.
  • Storytelling holds no secrets for you. You're able to simplify complex concepts into concise, impactful messages.
  • You're a true project manager at heart, communicating and aligning all stakeholders around a project.
  • If you've got a good pen and like to write, then you've definitely come to the right place!
  • You're native in French and at ease in English, and can express yourself both orally and in writing. Spanish or Italian is a plus.

Hiring process

  • Discovery call : A 15 min video call with a member of the Product Marketing team, to better understand your career plan and answer any questions you may have
  • Business interview : 60 minutes with Mathieu (Senior PMM) or Lucie (Head of Product Marketing)
  • Case study : to evaluate your skills and give you a taste of what working at Skello could be like / A case study to be carried out at home and presented to Lucie (Head of Product Marketing) and Ariane (VP Product).
  • Vision interview : 30 minutes with Paul (Chief of Staff).
  • Fit interview : 15 minutes with a member of the product team (can be an onsite coffee ☕)
