RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage a team of designers, creative directors, translators, providing clear direction, coaching, and professional development to ensure high performance and collaboration in executing marketing and growth strategies.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for product and campaings launches, focusing on driving adoption and user engagement, leveraging channels such as SEO, SEM,CRM, and app store optimization (ASO).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX/UI, Legal, Compliance, PR, Engineering, and Commercial) to ensure an integrated approach to product marketing, aligning strategies with product development and design for maximum impact.
  • Manage and optimize localization strategies for international product launches, ensuring cultural and linguistic adaptation for target markets, and coordinating with local teams to adjust marketing messages.
  • Leverage data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and other relevant platforms to monitor product performance, user behavior, and market trends, driving data-informed marketing decisions.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and utilize this insight to inform product positioning and differentiation, driving sustainable growth.
  • Act as a growth manager by identifying opportunities for user acquisition, retention, and revenue generation, while ensuring the integrity and vision of the product are preserved.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering their skill development and ensuring alignment with both individual and company-wide goals.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. MBA is a plus. 
  • Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in product marketing and growth strategies, with a strong focus on new product launches and international campaigns. 
  • Google Analytics, Digital Marketing tools, App stores
  • Deep knowledge of SEO, SEM, and app store optimization (ASO); 
  • Ability to manage and coach teams, providing guidance and fostering professional development; 
  • Experience with growth strategies and product management; 
  • Expertise in coordinating localization strategies for different markets; 
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX and its application in product marketing strategies; 
  • Excellent market analysis skills, with a focus on product performance and consumer trends.
