In partnership with Marketing and Product leadership teams, the incumbent in this role will be an expert on our customers, our feature set, and its benefits. The incumbent will support message and campaign development for new product launches and existing features and empower our customer-facing teams to communicate our value to the market.  

How you'll add value:

  • Work cross-functionally across marketing, product, and engineering to support the development of product positioning, storytelling, packaging, and messaging  
  • Support various internal/external teams (product, campaign, creative, web, sales, PR) and external partners to implement GTM strategies, campaigns, and content  
  • Create enablement material and tools (talk tracks, presentations, sell sheets, demos, product documentation, team training, etc.) that empower Revenue teams to have impactful conversations   
  • Develop and optimize product-specific campaigns and content that drive MQLS, opportunities, and revenue  
  • Field messaging and positioning requests from Revenue teams and assist with prioritization of marketing activities to support individual markets or verticals  
  • Manage our internal enablement resource to ensure relevant content and information is accessible to customer-facing teams  
  • Provide ongoing training and support to the sales and customer success teams on messaging, core & new product features, and competitive differentiators  
  • Collect ongoing feedback from Revenue teams on messaging and positioning via Gong, direct outreach, and other sessions as needed  
  • Other duties as assigned 

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field 
  • 5+ years of SaaS product marketing experience 
  • Experience in launching B2B SaaS products 
  • Ability to be a self-starter, set priorities, and collaborate with different elements of a business organization  
  • Ability to think strategically about issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with demonstrated capability of authoring industry and product-related blogs, white papers, and presentations 
  • A highly motivated, proactive individual that can work in fast-paced environments with the ability to prioritize and pivot quickly 
  • Exceptional organization and communication skills, well-spoken and articulate technologist with the ability to talk to every level, from C-level executive to Sales and even to the mainstream consumer 
  • Ability to travel

R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation

  • This position has a salary range of $90,000-$140,000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
