We’re looking for an exemplary product marketer to shape the subscription conversion funnel through rigorous growth experimentation and a deep understanding of audience profiles, needs, and journeys.

This Product Marketing Manager, Premium Growth is critical to the LinkedIn online subscription platform’s ambitious growth trajectory and will be counted on to drive growth via conversion funnel optimization, inclusive of checkout optimization, pricing, and packaging. This marketer will partner with many functions (Product, Engineering, Data Science, Business Operations) and across multiple business units to drive scalable innovations that deliver acquisition growth for the must-have professional subscription service. 

This role requires someone who acts as a growth thought leader, has a track record of designing complex A/B tests, develops envelope-pushing solutions, crafts compelling data narratives, can influence cross-functional partners, and has a track record of driving impact. This leader will be on point for staying on the cutting edge of product-led and marketing-led growth experimentation, as well as AI-driven solutions for experimentation velocity, to help build the next chapter of subscription marketing for LinkedIn. 

Responsibilities

  • Creates high-impact, high-velocity in-product growth experimentation strategy for LinkedIn’s online subscription businesses - including Premium - that compels target audiences to take the right action at the right time in their user journey.
  • Partners closely with the Product Marketing, R&D, Data Science, and Business Operations teams to influence stakeholder roadmaps, sequence multiple parallel multivariate experiments, and find “win-win” solutions to execute the experimentation strategy across multiple channels and audience touchpoints. 
  • Effectively evangelizes in-product growth strategies and reports on outcomes with cross-functional executive leadership across multiple lines of business. 
  • Partners closely with subscriber retention teams on AI-driven intent-based or segment-based targeting strategies to acquire high-quality subscribers with propensity to retain. 
  • Acts as Premium growth experimentation SME during quarterly/annual initiative planning and daily/weekly performance management with FP&A, Ops, and R&D.
  • Embodies LinkedIn’s leadership principles to create clarity, generate energy and deliver success.

Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
  • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or product marketing roles at a technology company

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with codeless copy optimization experimentation tools 
  • Growth mindset, curious, self-aware, and passionate about continuous improvement
  • Deep experience in A/B testing, multivariate experimentation, and translating complex ideas for diverse internal stakeholders and external audiences.
  • Exceptional attention to and command of detail, and project management skills to focus on key outcomes amidst competing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Proven experience achieving aggressive revenue goals amid constantly evolving priorities; self-starter who can manage E2E strategy through execution while navigating ambiguous situations in a start-up type of team
  • Highly motivated and creative team player who thrives under pressure
  • Outstanding leadership and deep and unwavering commitment to diversity and inclusion; track record of partnering with a diverse set of team members

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The pay range for this role is $93,000 to $145,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
