At Carolina Cat, we make smart investments in our company and that starts with our people. The marketing team plays a key strategic role in delivering business results and superior customer experiences. That is why we are looking for a Power Systems Product Marketing Manager who will support our Power Systems team. Our Power Systems team offers integrated solutions, parts, and services to meet the needs of our commercial and industrial power customers, including power back-up, emergency power, and critical infrastructure support.
As the Power Systems Product Marketing Manager, you will implement product marketing strategies and support the Sales organization in driving sales and services for respective products. This role plays a strategic part in boosting awareness and preference for Carolina Cat Power Systems solutions among key decision-makers, partners, and influencers in the energy, industrial, healthcare, and technology sectors. You will showcase your expertise by driving sales efficiency through your product knowledge information and training. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, conduct market research, and develop compelling messaging and positioning for our products. Your strategic thinking and creativity will be essential in creating and implementing marketing plans and campaigns that effectively promote our Power Systems products, services, and solutions to drive customer engagement, adoption, retention, and growth.
Reporting directly to our VP, Marketing, you will work out of our Charlotte, NC location, with a hybrid work schedule option.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent with five or more years of experience in B2B product marketing and/or power-related field required.
