Key Responsibilities:

Product positioning and messaging: Working closely with the Director, Product Marketing, create compelling product positioning and messaging that highlights the unique value of our care collaboration solutions to the Health Plan and ACO segments.

Product Marketing Strategy: Define the target audiences and key value propositions (Who, Why, and What) for your segments and products and collaborate with marketing peers on marketing strategies to ensure we reach the right audience with the right message. Partner closely with the Demand team to ensure marketing campaign priorities and plans for sales pipeline generation are aligned with financial targets.

Market analysis and customer insight: Collaborate with teams to conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, using the insights to develop effective marketing strategies that align with our goals and initiatives. Become the expert on our customers and industry, how/why they buy, their buying criteria, regulatory considerations, etc., with particular focus on the unique Health plan and ACO segment demands.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Support key initiatives and product launches, working closely with product development, sales, customer success, and demand marketing teams to ensure alignment on product features, benefits, and go-to-market strategies.
- Performance measurement and optimization: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine future strategies and improve overall impact.
Your Key Strengths:
- Bachelor degree; advanced degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience desirable
- 4-6 years product marketing experience, preferably within the health tech industry and experience marketing to Health Plan and/or ACO audience segments.
- Experience with B2B SaaS technology and Familiarity with healthcare landscape.
- Proficiency in analyzing market data and performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Demonstrated success launching products and supporting product growth through tailored go-to-market strategies and compelling positioning.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, from developing strong value propositions, positioning, messaging and delivering presentations that succinctly convey business and technical concepts to a diverse audience-base
Bonus Skills:
- Experience working in the Health Plan, ACO, and/or Post-Acute space
- Understanding of relevant regulations, compliance, and market dynamics impacting Health plans and ACOs.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track and optimize marketing performance.
