We are looking for a creative and structured individual passionate about go-to-market strategies, with experience of working in matrixed global organisation. Based in India, you will collaborate closely with multiple groups of stakeholders to define and deliver localised strategies, relevant for our geographies. You will play an essential role in our effort to grow LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions (LTS) business in the region and better penetrate India market.

As a Product Marketing Manager for India, you will be a key member of our APAC Product Marketing team, with great opportunities to work closely with a variety of stakeholders and partners across LinkedIn’s largest business unit, in one of our fastest-growing regions.
Responsibilities:
- Land global Go-To-Market initiatives in the region, tapping into your local market and marketing expertise incl. product fit/local use case, Voice of Customer, Voice of Field, competitive intelligence, localisation of messaging/positioning.
- Support LTS India-specific growth initiatives, partnering with global product marketing teams, regional sales leaders and cross-functional partners to drive adoption of our products for specific market, industry, segments.
- Partner cross-functionally to assess support requirements for new product/ feature launches, and develop the sales momentum and sales enablement plans accordingly
- Drive field activation and selling success strategies – partner with the broader marketing team and cross-functional partners (e.g. GTM Enablement, Insights etc.) to build and deliver rep enablement programs, develop account prioritisation strategies, narratives, case studies, rep roundtables, etc. that will address gaps/friction and drive revenue growth.
- Contribute to our voice of market (Customer, Field, Competition) efforts for the region, and communicate market insights at regional and global levels, helping inform and influence product & sales strategy as relevant.
To be successful in this role, you will have to
- Build strong relationships (with global peers - namely Product Marketing, Product Management, regional Sales leadership team, Business Operations and Strategy; and with local partners and stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Sales Operations, Insights, Go-to-Market enablement).
- Be an expert in synthesising product information into actionable, scalable strategies capable of demonstrating the clear value and/or needs of our customers and sales partners in the region.
Basic qualifications:
- 5+ years of Product Marketing and go to market experience

- Complex project management, including experience in influencing internal and external partners
- Stakeholder management in a highly matrixed and international organization

- Experience in go-to-market (marketing or sales) for B2B, SaaS, or high-tech environment.
