In this role, you will
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user research to gain insights and understand the target audience's pains and gains for improving the marketing strategy
- Analyze the results of the applied strategy and utilize data to improve outcomes and generate new data-based ideas
- Conduct A/B tests to identify the most effective marketing strategies and user funnels by measuring and analyzing test results
- Improve the user funnel by developing landing pages that effectively communicate the product's value proposition and drive conversions (including crafting messaging and visual ideas)
- Develop and implement a creative marketing strategy to enhance the performance of paid traffic campaigns
- Lead the creative production process from idea to final delivery
- Analyze ad test results and derive insights from them to inform future advertising strategies
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and find new ways to improve the user engagement process
It’s all about you
- Solid experience in web funnel analysis and optimization
- Copywriting skills to craft compelling product messaging
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable, etc.)
- Experience with Tableau or other visual analytics platforms
- B2 level of English proficiency, both verbal and written
- Excellent communication skills and adeptness in cross-functional collaboration
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Well-organized and results-oriented to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proactive with the ability to learn quickly and think critically
Would be a plus
- Experience with Google Ads and Facebook
- Writing briefs for creating advertising creatives (static, video)
