Product Marketing Manager - Freshworks Neo Platform, Analytics
Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a product marketing manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for Freshworks Analytics. Our ideal candidate is a self-driven, experienced B2B product marketer with proven success in the domain of analytics and business Intelligence. Serving as a connector between various teams, this person must excel in both strategic planning and tactical execution.
Responsibilities:
• Product messaging and positioning – Develop product messaging & positioning that resonates with internal stakeholders, customers, and differentiates our offering in the market.
• Content – Lead the content strategy & creation charter to develop top, mid, and bottom of funnel content for the offering.
• GTM enablement – Work with various teams to plan & execute programs that communicate value propositions, provide high-value sales tools, and focused training to help them excel.
• Market, customer, and competitive analysis - Be the expert on the customer, the industry/technology trends, and the competitors in the market.
• Product and feature adoption - Drive adoption of the offering amongst the customer base using various strategies and tactics including feature launches, support articles, webinars, website, and more.
• Evangelism – Serve as the primary advocate and go-to thought leader for the offering when engaging and influencing customers, partners, analysts, and other key stakeholders.
Graduate degree with 10+ years prior experience in a similar position, with minimum 5 years experience in working with and managing any SaaS based analytics and business intelligence tool/technology.
• Ability to understand complex technology and translate it into simple & easy marketing content.
• Proven experience in building marketing plans, buyer persona/ideal customer profile, and liaising with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in English - written, verbal, and presentation skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams, across geographies; including top management, product, engineering, operations, sales, and marketing.
