Product Marketing Manager

Overview

As the Product Marketing Manager you'll be instrumental in shaping our product positioning by bridging the gap between product and go-to-market teams. The role will report to our Marketing Director and work closely with the VP of Product. We are hybrid working and this role will require 2-3 days per week in our office near Waterloo.

What you’ll do

  • Define our product marketing strategy and develop our PMM playbook
  • Educate and enable GTM teams with customer facing product-related content, e.g. landing pages, launch messaging, graphics, slides.
  • Refine our positioning, value proposition and messaging
  • Conduct ongoing competitor, industry, and customer research to inform your strategy
  • Undertake closed lost analysis and interviews across our sales cycle
  • Take product launches and features to market to drive adoption and acquisition
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Client Services and Sales on launches
  • Analyze and report on the performance of product marketing activities

We’d love to hear from you if…

  • You have 3+ years experience in B2B SaaS product marketing
  • You have worked directly on developing positioning, value propositions and messaging
  • You have experience conducting user and market research
  • You have successfully launched new products and/or features
  • You have a strategic mindset but aren’t afraid to be "in the weeds" to get things done
  • You are well-versed in SaaS metrics and know how to get the data you need from different tools, e.g. Google Analytics, Amplitude
  • You have experience working cross-functionally, i.e. with Product teams
  • You have used tools like Screen Studio to create demo videos
  • You have any experience working with tools like Figma
  • You have exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
