Position Overview:  

This is a cross-functional role working with our Commercial teams across marketing, sales and customer success. Product marketing connects our product strategy to the tactics needed to drive success in sales and marketing, ultimately delivering business impact by growing account-based revenue. This role reports into to the Director, Marketing and will be instrumental in driving growth across whitespace and account expansion.  

As a core part of the APAC marketing team, this role is responsible for driving the APAC GoTo Market strategy, aligning with our Center of Excellence product marketing teams, sales enablement, product and sales teams to establish a "better together" selling motion. Additionally, this role will be empowered to lead integrated marketing campaign strategies by designing and orchestrating local content development, content localization and insight-driven messaging.  

Our Product Marketing function is quickly evolving and we are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead our go-to-market efforts to drive awareness and adoption of The Company’s GRC platform of solutions.  This includes positioning and messaging, product launches, market research, sales enablement and other initiatives that push our brand and business forward. Key Responsibilities  

  • Collaborate on the GoTo Market strategy for all segments across Governance, Risk and Compliance, in close collaboration with marketing, sales and customer success. 
  • Provide a wide range of foundational insights including market analysis/TAM, ICPs, personas, customer journey mapping, competitive analysis, VoC etc 
  • Equip sales, customer success, and the broader marketing team with consistent and compelling messaging that drive adoption of our solutions and bring voice of market and customer to life. 
  • Build effective, targeted content, sales collateral, and sales enablement tools to accelerate sales and help customers find valuable use cases 
  • Design multi-channel campaigns through targeted digital, content, event, and web marketing efforts, creating a platform for Field Marketing and Sales Development to produce campaigns and amplify messaging to achieve revenue and customer engagement targets. 
  • Supported by global initiatives, enable sellers with training, tools, assets and experiences that drive pipeline and revenue. 
  • Create and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans that identify market opportunities, articulate core messaging and compelling content that will drive leads and opportunities for sales teams. 
  • Lead the development and execution of cross-functional go-to-market (GTM) strategies for our GRC platform of solutions to drive new opportunities, product growth and adoption. 
  • Play a pivotal role in developing compelling positioning + messaging for our GRC platform. 
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Enablement and other cross-functional teams to champion and execute market research, sales + marketing enablement, positioning and buyer persona initiatives. 
  • Work with the Product Strategy team to define, monitor and evolve Diligents competitive, analyst and industry position to accelerate our product development and innovation. 
  • Define success criteria and measure the impact of Product Marketing efforts. 
  • Interpret + leverage data insights to validate GTM strategies, positioning + messaging, product growth and drive continual improvements. 
  • Use customer, partner and market intelligence to deliver meaningful insights and identify new market opportunities -- serving as a key voice of the market/customer to our Product and Engineering teams. 
  • Define market problem and value prop to detail Product-Market fit for current product capabilities for to establish GTM strategy for global new customer acquisition or customer expansion opportunities.  
  • Define strategies for pricing and packaging your product to align with Land/expand opportunities.  
  • Define end-to-end product solutions within our existing platform (the collection of capabilities including data integrations, platform features and APIs, terminology and content that together build our products). 
  • Execute new product introductions cross functionally to prepare the product for market, our teams for market, and the market for our products. 
  • Conduct market, competitor and customer research and analyze customer and global market feedback to continuously to define positioning, packaging, messaging, and pricing for your products. 
  • Be the product expert that sales and pre-sales can call to support in strategic opportunities or new product introductions. 
  • Be the market and product expert for Sales Enablement so that they can educate the sales and marketing organization at scale.  
  • Collaborate with Marketing Communications to ensure they understand your product's positioning, message, buyers, value prop. 
  • Collaborate regularly with technical product management to prioritize initiatives, and bring key customer and market insights to their teams. 
  • Lead Product Launch activities 
  • Maintain individual product roadmap to align product vision, market expansion strategy and targeted market opportunity, and prioritize initiatives with Technical Product Managers.   
  • Maintain your own product demo environment with test data. 

Required Experience/Skills  

  • B2B product marketing experience in technology, corporate data/information, finance or professional services companies preferred. 
  • Ability to craft compelling stories, collateral, and tools around technology products and services for both business and technical buyers 
  • Experience working with partners and agencies to develop sophisticated marketing materials that drive impact with enterprise and mid-market buying committees 
  • Demonstrated insights experience to be able to deeply understand our market, customers and competition and then integrate into product development and GoTo Market strategies. 
  • Proven track of owning projects end-to-end and working autonomously, focusing on key outcomes amidst competing priorities and tight deadlines 
  • Experience in executing operational and GoTo Market plans that require input and execution from multiple teams 
  • You will have a strong understanding of SaaS-based solutions and product marketing best practices and have a passion for technology. Working closely with the Marketing, Product Management, Enablement, Sales and Customer Success teams, you are comfortable in a rapidly growing environment that demands a combination of technical product knowledge, exceptional storytelling and positioning skills, and the ability to interface at multiple levels and across multiple functions in the organization.  
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy development and cross-functional execution in a B2B SaaS environment.  
  • 5+ years of relevant experience within a product marketing or technical marketing role. 
  • A proven track record of writing performance-driven product marketing plans that translate into measurable adoption results.  
  • Considerable experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders at the senior leadership level. 
  • Adaptable and can deal with ambiguity and changing (& growing) priorities, with an eye for prioritization.  

Preferred Experience/Skills  

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively 
  • Strong analytics skills: ability to distill raw data into actionable insights, and create clear, concise and actionable reports 
  • Self-starter and entrepreneurial attitude, including ability to take initiative and comfortable navigating white space 
  • Experience targeting multiple segments, and comfortable with forecasting and attribution across campaigns and initiatives.  
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and negotiation skills.  
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a strong positive attitude.
