Role
We’re looking for an experienced PMM, with experience working with blockchain projects and demonstrable evidence of driving new marketing initiatives and product launches.
You will be working with our clients to translate product features into clear USPs that will be cascaded out to our marketing teams, and ensuring product messaging is clear and well communicated over a range of different channels.
As Product Marketing Manager, you will be involved in everything from the details of product conception and development to launching new products and making long term plans to accompany new development projects from MVP to mature products.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and digital asset management. They will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to our target audience.
Key accountabilities
- Develop marketing strategies and an execution roadmap to drive product investment and eventual adoption in conjunction with the marketing units
- Collaborate with Product to develop USPs and build strong product messaging & communications to ensure brand consistency across marketing output.
- Create high converting websites that properly reflect the product offering, supported by robust whitepapers.
- Present information about new products to the wider team, taking complex concepts and breaking them down into understandable insights
- Research the Total Addressable Market, providing forecasts for potential growth and showcasing the different ICPs within the buying journey.
- Monitor the competitive landscape to ensure Blockovate’s clients are being positioned in the relevant areas to drive growth
- Work with the designers to create unique branding
Requirements
Essential:
- Experience working in a blockchain/crypto environment
- Demonstrable experience of working with product teams
- Experience working in collaboration with developers
- Understanding of core marketing channels especially content, social and performance
- Strong analytical skills
Desirable:
- Data savvy - can set up data tracking and reports
- Experience with cryptocurrency ICOs

- £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, dependent on experience
