About the role
We are looking for a driven, adaptable and creative Product Marketing Manager to build on 10x’s recent marketing successes and play a pivotal role on our journey to make the 10x Banking platform the most successful next-generation core banking solution.
The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, delivering and enabling teams on, cutting-edge content that presents the 10x Banking platform as the leading next generation core banking platform, in order to deliver pipeline and ARR growth. This includes product positioning and messaging (value propositions), product thought leadership, GTM strategy, market and customer persona research & analysis, and sales/partner/customer enablement.
The Product Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Marketing/CMO and will work in close alignment with the broader Commercial & Product organisations. This role plays a critical role in driving 10x’s ambitious global growth plans at an exciting time for the company.

10x Ways of Working

The Covid-19 pandemic changed a lot of things about the way we work, including the enablement of colleagues working from various locations and delivering high performance through the effective use of remote working technology.
10x is a fully ‘remote enabled’ organisation and supports agile working. This role has a minimum office attendance requirement of approx. 3 days per week, in agreement with your line manager.
As all employees are employed on London-based contracts, commuting costs to the office are covered by employees and not by 10x.
