About the role 

We are looking for a driven, adaptable and creative Product Marketing Manager to build on 10x’s recent marketing successes and play a pivotal role on our journey to make the 10x Banking platform the most successful next-generation core banking solution. 

 

The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, delivering and enabling teams on, cutting-edge content that presents the 10x Banking platform as the leading next generation core banking platform, in order to deliver pipeline and ARR growth. This includes product positioning and messaging (value propositions), product thought leadership, GTM strategy, market and customer persona research & analysis, and sales/partner/customer enablement. 
 
The Product Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Marketing/CMO and will work in close alignment with the broader Commercial & Product organisations. This role plays a critical role in driving 10x’s ambitious global growth plans at an exciting time for the company. 
 

What you will do 
 

  • Build external-facing content (e.g., sales decks, marketing assets, written content) that positions 10x as a differentiated and leading provider of core banking technology 
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to develop, launch and run marketing campaigns that drive awareness, sales pipeline and ARR 
  • Run market research and competitive intelligence analysis to inform messaging and GTM strategy 
  • Own the customer/partner/analyst feedback mechanism (Voice of the Customer) to the Product & Engineering teams 
  • Enable internal (e.g., sales) and external (e.g., partners, customers) stakeholders on the 10x value proposition 

Requirements

Ideally you will have 
 

  • Extensive experience in product/solutions marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS and the financial services industry 
  • Proven track record in building customer-focused value propositions for complex products 
  • Extensive experience in collaborating with both sales/commercial and product/technical stakeholders 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills 
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities 
  • Ability to distil complex information in a simple and engaging way  
  • Solid understanding of modern technologies such as APIs and Cloud preferred 
  • Knowledge of core banking systems is an advantage, but not a necessity

As all employees are employed on London-based contracts, commuting costs to the office are covered by employees and not by 10x.
