About the Role

We are looking for a tech-savvy and results-driven Product Marketing Specialist to join the Global Marketing team at Dialectica. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic product marketing programs for our solutions targeting different client segments. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of B2B marketing, and is passionate about driving business growth through targeted marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

GTM Strategy

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies, to ensure successful product launches and customer expansion.
  • Collaborate cross-functional with leadership, Client Service Team, product, and business development, to align marketing plans with overall business objectives.

Content Creation

  • Create compelling and targeted marketing collateral, including but not limited to product messaging, blog posts, case studies, product videos, and email campaigns.

Sales Enablement

  • Communicated the value proposition of our solutions internally to the Client Service Team. Develop, maintain and distribute sales assets and collateral that improve and facilitate the business development efforts throughout the sales cycle.

Market Research

  • Conduct thorough market research to inform product position, and messaging.

Thought Leadership

  • Establish and maintain a thought leadership presence in the industry by contributing to industry forums, writing thought leadership pieces, and participating in relevant events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. 
  • Advanced degrees or product marketing certifications are a plus. 
  • Proficient use of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc).
  • At least 4 years of proven experience in B2B product marketing, with a track record of successful product launches and revenue growth. 
  • Strong analytical and research skills to understand market dynamics and customer needs. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create impactful marketing content. 
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines. 
  • Previous experience in information services or consulting is preferred.
