We’re looking for a Product Marketing Executive to join our Recruitment Service Business in Indonesia team, to lead the development and execution of an inbound marketing strategy that effectively generates leads and nurtures demand for our Recruitment Service business in the Indonesian market.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the development and implementation of an inbound marketing strategy to generate leads and nurture demand for Recruitment Services in the Indonesian market.
- Design and manage targeted email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, upselling, and customer reactivation, utilizing CRM tools like HubSpot to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and update sales enablement materials such as sales decks and one-pagers, ensuring they align with the latest market insights and sales strategies.
- Regularly analyze marketing data to track performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.
- Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment on objectives, market positioning, and messaging.
