The Role

We are looking for an exceptional product marketing leader to help drive the promotion of Veeva Vault CRM Suite, a first-of-its-kind customer engagement solution built for the life sciences industry.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success leading complex, multi-product enterprise software marketing in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
 
Working closely with partners across Marketing, Strategy, Sales, and Product teams, this individual will play a critical role in helping us refine and scale our marketing efforts in support of Veeva’s growth and our customers’ success.

What You'll Do

  • Drive the marketing strategy and annual planning process for Vault CRM Suite in collaboration with field marketing
  • Create go-to-market programs for new products, buyers, and market segments
  • Actively use precision questioning to craft compelling and succinct product messaging and positioning
  • Lead global cross-functional launch and release marketing initiatives
  • Develop and oversee the creation of thought leadership and sales enablement content that advances Vault CRM objectives
  • Work with the CRM product marketing team to maintain a library of sales tools, such as customer presentations and competitive materials
  • Lead and mentor the CRM product marketing team, while serving as a role model for the rest of Commercial Marketing team
  • Partner with field marketing to create integrated campaigns that effectively communicate buyer-oriented messages to specific audiences

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B product marketing experience with prior success marketing complex enterprise cloud software
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a space where there is no prior “playbook” to replicate
  • Exceptional written and oral communications with a demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise, and compelling messaging
  • Excels in dynamic, global environments with competing priorities
  • Ability to lead and influence across all functions and levels
  • Previous experience as a people manager
  • Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Growth-minded leader and a team player with a positive attitude

Compensation

  • Base pay: $125,000 - $250,000
  • The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
