About the role

Dialpad’s CMO is looking for a Director of Product Marketing to tell our story to the market in the most compelling way possible. This role will build the product marketing function at Dialpad serving product, marketing, and sales with insights, materials, and positioning that crush the competition, inspire customers, and win deals.

What you’ll do

The Product Marketing Director will be responsible for: 

  • Working directly with the CMO to refine the value proposition for Dialpad and bringing that simplified positioning to all external communications. 
  • Listening to sales leaders, AEs, and SEs to develop the highest quality materials that inspire prospects, accelerate the sales cycle, and closes deals.
  • Developing buyer personas to help marketing better target our ICP.
  • Researching the market to understand the competitive environment and creating messaging that clearly differentiates Dialpad.
  • Working with PR and AR for product launches, analyst briefings, with visionary messaging that shows Dialpad’s innovative future.

Skills you’ll bring

  • Experience developing the core value proposition of a B2B company.
  • Experience leading a Product Marketing team while being open to get your hands dirty.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in Contact Center industry or Ai-focused company a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams.
  • 5+ Years of experience in Product Marketing.
