Due to fast growth we are recruiting for a Product Marketing Director to be accountable for the strategic direction and execution of product marketing initiatives.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced and innovative Product Marketing Manager looking for the next step.
Essential experience:
- Ability to think strategically and align product marketing initiatives with the overall business objectives of the division and the organisation.
- Market Insight: Strong analytical skills to conduct & commission market research, understand customer needs, and stay abreast of industry trends, ensuring informed decision making.
- Proven leadership skills - be able to build and lead a high-performing product marketing team,
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with other departments,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas, present product strategies, and create compelling messaging for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Expertise: Experience developing and executing effective GTM strategies for product launches, ensuring successful market entry and sustained growth
- Customer Focus: Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs, leveraging customer feedback to enhance products and marketing strategies.
- Has the ability to understand and navigate the competitive landscape, identify growth opportunities, and enable informed business decisions.
- A focus on achieving measurable results, setting and monitoring KPIs, and making data-driven decisions to continuously improve product marketing performance.
- Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions, embrace innovation, and lead the development of creative and impactful props.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and overcome obstacles in the execution of product marketing strategies.
- The ability to influence key stakeholders and negotiate effectively to gain support for product marketing initiatives and strategic decisions.
