The Product Marketing team at Achievers is a critical department that acts as a conduit between product, marketing, customer success, and sales to drive revenue for the business. The Product Marketing Co-op plays a crucial role in supporting the product marketing team in executing various initiatives and campaigns including go-to-market activities, win/loss,analyst relations, and competitive intelligence.    Responsibilities:
  • Market Research: 
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor products, and industry best practices to inform product marketing strategies. 
  • Content Development: 
  • Assist in the creation of compelling product messaging and positioning for different target audiences. 
  • Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, including product presentations, datasheets, and case studies. 
  • Sales Enablement: 
  • Support the sales team by creating sales enablement materials, such as product guides and training documentation. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent communication of product features and benefits. 
  • Campaign Support: 
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support the planning and execution of product marketing campaigns. 
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize effectiveness. 
  • Customer Engagement: 
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to gather customer feedback and success stories for use in marketing materials. 
  • Assist in the development of customer-focused content, such as testimonials and case studies. 
  • Analytics and Reporting: 
  • Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators and generate reports on the success of product marketing initiatives. 
  • Assist in conducting Win/Loss analysis to identify key factors influencing the decision-making process of potential clients (e.g., pricing, product offering, features). 
  • Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas. 
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is essential. 
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to decipher patterns from large data sets, is a plus. 
  • Interest in technology and a passion for staying updated on industry trends. 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, or other CRM and analytics software would be a plus.
