Product Manager(R&D Liaison) acting Enterprise Architect - Hybrid Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Manager who can blend the responsibilities of Product Management, Research and Development (R&D), and Enterprise Architecture. This unique role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background, capable of driving the development of innovative products while ensuring alignment with our enterprise architecture strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Management: 25% Role and Responsibility

  • Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals and market needs.
  • Roadmap Development: Create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for new products or enhancements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams to gather requirements and prioritize features.

2. Research and Development (R&D): 25% Role and Responsibility

  • Innovation: Lead the R&D efforts to explore new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to drive product innovation.
  • Prototyping: Oversee the development of prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate new ideas and technologies.
  • Technology Scouting: Identify and assess emerging technologies that can be leveraged to improve existing products or create new ones.
  • Collaboration: Foster collaboration with academic institutions, industry experts, and technology partners to stay ahead of technological advancements.

3. Enterprise Architecture: 50% Role and Responsibility

  • Architecture Strategy: Define and implement an enterprise architecture strategy that supports the company’s product and business goals.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure products are scalable, secure, and aligned with architectural standards.
  • Integration: Ensure seamless integration of new products and features with existing systems and infrastructure.
  • Governance: Establish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management, with significant experience in R&D and enterprise architecture.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development, system architecture, and emerging technologies.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from concept to launch.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
  • Enterprise Solutions: Background in enterprise software solutions, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
  • DevOps Skills: Proficiency in DevOps practices, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and infrastructure as code, with a preference for experience with Azure DevOps.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in product management, enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF), or R&D management.
