WorkWave is seeking a Product Manager to drive our ERP,  Workforce Management, and Field Service product development efforts. As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic vision of our products. We are seeking someone who can provide guidance within the team, work successfully across teams, and engage with customers on a regular basis. This position reports to the VP of Product Management, and is a high visibility role within WorkWave.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Play a crucial role in shaping the product roadmap and the strategic direction of our products.
  • Analyze product metrics to formulate strategic product decisions. 
  • Conduct in-depth market and customer research to discern evolving needs and translate insights into innovative feature sets.
  • Participate in key sales efforts for strategic accounts/opportunities as a solution evangelist and assist with partner efforts as needed.
  • Lead strategic conversations with internal stakeholders. 
  • Present the strategic direction of products at client facing meetings and lead customer advisory group events. 
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Design, and Engineering to pioneer new designs, features, and improvements that align with strategic objectives. 
  • Manage every stage of the product development lifecycle from ideation through development, GTM delivery, and launch. 
  • Actively participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Review, and Stand-ups, providing leadership as needed. 
  • Manage and guide Product Owners on to ensure high quality delivery.
  • Provide thought leadership by staying abreast of industry trends, competitive developments, and representing the company at industry events. Evangelize products both internally and externally.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience working with ERP applications, Workforce Management, Field Service, or similar B2B applications. 
  • 7+ years in product management or related roles, with a focus on B2B software development.
  • Demonstrated experience working with stakeholders to conduct analysis and documenting detailed feature requirements.
  • Experience strategizing product direction with inputs like competitive analysis, VoC, business reviews and business goals.
  • Deep understanding and experience of software development, agile methodologies, and risk mitigation. 
  • Proven track record of learning new and complex topics, and the ability to simplify them to drive clarity and alignment.
  • Excellent communication skills. Able to adapt style and content to a wide range of audiences.
  • Experience working with global cross functional teams to drive alignment.
  • Preference to candidates with experience with internationalized software.
  • Self-starter with excellent organization and time management skills.
