Position Description:
WebMD Health Services is looking for a Product Manager who will work collaboratively with internal team members from the operations and engineering organization and other WHS stakeholders to implement WHS product features for clients.
As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and success of our administration platform products. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to launch and beyond. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership abilities and a passion for technology to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and innovative environment. This key role will work with the team to:
Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with business goals and customer needs
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities and make informed product decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, and sales, to define and prioritize product requirements
Lead the product development process, including requirements gathering, prototyping, testing, and finalizing product features
Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on customer feedback, market demand, and business objectives
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement
Work closely with the operations team to understand their needs and drive product adoption

qualifications, skills and experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
3 years of experience working as a Product Manager in the SaaS company
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong leadership abilities with a focus on driving results
Proficient written communication, verbal communication and presentation skills
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Highly organized individual with successful multi-tasking skills
Knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in technology and well-being.
preferred:
BS/MS in computer science, engineering, or a related field
Vietnamese nationality
Possesses Agile certification
