In this role, you will spearhead the strategy, conceptualization, and deployment of products within our Legal sector. You’ll be an integral part of a dynamic team comprising engineers, designers, project managers, and business leaders dedicated to reinforcing our market dominance. This role requires a deep understanding of backend technologies, a keen eye for data-driven decision-making, a passion for design and user experience, dedication to research, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
 
What You'll Do:
- Lead the strategic direction, design, and rollout of products within our Attorney Platform.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Employ analytical insights to inform product decisions and prioritize features.
- Champion a user-centered design approach to enhance user experiences and drive engagement.
- Drive consensus among stakeholders while prioritizing rapid decision-making and execution.
- Contribute to the development of resilient processes and procedures, adapting as needed to meet project requirements.
 
Requirements:
- Requirement Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements for backend applications. Translate customer/internal team needs into clear and actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools and metrics to track the performance of backend applications, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as system reliability, efficiency, and user satisfaction. 
- Design Collaboration: Partner with UI/UX designers to ensure that backend applications deliver an intuitive and seamless user experience. Provide input on interface design, functionality, and usability to optimize user engagement and satisfaction.
- Research and Insights: Conduct market research, user interviews, and usability testing to gain insights into user behavior, preferences, and pain points. Use research findings to inform product decisions, prioritize features, and drive continuous improvements.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance the performance, scalability, and reliability of backend applications through iterative development and continuous integration practices. Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation to drive ongoing optimization and refinement.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience 3 years as a Product Manager or similar role
- Deep understanding of backend technologies, databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with agile methodologies, product management tools, and project management practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Passion for user-centered design, research, and delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

At Internet Brands, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary.
