Job Description
As a Product Manager, you will be part of the Visa Commercial Data Solutions Platforms which is part of the broader Global Card Products and Platforms team responsible for all cardable solutions for businesses and public entities globally, providing payment and value-added services to businesses, corporations and governments.
This role presents a unique opportunity to lead a key initiative for VCS platforms on end-to-end connected test eco-system to improve client experience and release quality. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for creating a strategy for improving our client on-boarding & market readiness experience through build out of client testing environment, integrated testing environment, performance testing environment and production testing packages. In addition to strategy, you will be managing and prioritizing the platform roadmap for the build out of test environments. The role will also focus on working with other product managers to contribute to the overall platform strategy and vision. You will focus on execution of a global roadmap working with other product managers, Client Services, Technology, and Global & Regional teams to deliver capabilities to meet internal and client testing needs.
The role requires analytical, problem solving and technical product skills. In addition, the role is required to have a deep understanding of the VCS platforms, ensure change to the platforms are executed on time and budget, and that client impacts are understood, communicated, and managed accordingly.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Product Manager’s primary responsibility is to create a strategy and manage the roadmap for end-to-end integrated environments and capabilities that deliver substantial value to internal stakeholders and clients.
Work closely with business partners, engineering, architects, global cross-functional counterparts to build and iterate the integrated end-to-end environments.
Manage time and prioritize tasks effectively, especially in agile and fast-paced environment, including managing the product roadmap and writing clear, thorough, and detailed user stories for features and product sets.
Responsible to work with internal & external stakeholders to drive the process and adoption of these test environments
Responsible to drive creation of metrics to measure success of these initiatives
Responsible for the overall performance of the capabilities, overseeing it from inception and ideation through design, build, launch, growth, and enhancement.
Having a can do attitude and work with technology teams to develop use cases and prioritize user stories and epics to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that aligned with product strategy.
Responsible for conducting User Acceptance Testing to ensure successful business releases.
Proactively seek data and input, including Voice-of-Customer, and review product feedback and bugs raised by customers and internal teams, triage and prioritize as appropriate.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Basic Qualifications
• 8 years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
• 8+ years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 2 years of relevant experience with a PhD
• This position requires a minimum of 2+ years of experience working with commercial card solutions or platforms.
• Strong process orientation and a solid understanding of project management techniques, methodologies and best practices, such as Agile and experience working with Scrum teams.
• The role requires strong interpersonal, communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others in cross-functional teams to implement and assess the operational impact of changes to processes/procedures.
• Strong ability to multi-task, organize, manage, and implement complex projects whether directly or through supervision of a designated Product Manager.
• A demonstrated ability to interface across levels, regions, cultures, and languages, and engage successfully with both specialist teams and broader business partners.
• Demonstrated expertise/power user in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word), Mural & Figma.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details
