Job Description and Responsibilities

The Digital Solutions Manager role, a pivotal position within the Visa Token Services (VTS) team, uniquely integrates business vision and technical understanding. While a comprehension of Analytics concepts is necessary, the primary emphasis is on understanding the business vision and generating value through dashboard management, KPI tracking, automation, and process optimization. The role demands systematic capture, synthesis, and sharing of information, translating complex technical details into easily digestible content for users (Products managers, Finance, Business development and among other).

The role will facilitate High level presentations, process evaluation, strategic planning, and business decisions by providing data, reporting, and advanced insights, thereby advocating for data-driven decision making across the organization. A key responsibility will be to interpret and analyze data to generate actionable insights, presenting them in an accessible format to both internal and external stakeholders. It also requires establishing, implementing, and continuously improving dashboards showing KPIs and seamlessly coordinate these information with other business areas. Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will consistently monitor VTS team dynamics to determine new opportunities, focusing on new data-driven strategies, process optimization techniques, and automation practices that will position Visa as the market leader.

  • Identify strategic opportunities for Visa through an in-depth understanding of both the business needs and the technical landscape, leveraging digital capabilities across all products and platforms.

  • Play an active role in our digital strategy with a data-driven mindset, innovating in the digital space with new strategies or solutions related to the current infrastructure and the future of business decision-making.

  • Identify new opportunities using Analytics and business intelligence, providing business vision on the latest trends and technologies and how to leverage them into the future of business strategy.

  • Be responsible for supporting the VTS team in all types of products and manage new changes such as dashboard improvements, KPI definitions, and process automation based on analytical capabilities.

  • Be responsible for operational plans, annual KPIs, and creating plans for their region, based on alignment with other teams and close collaboration with the Product teams.

  • Provide support to clients and internal stakeholders on Visa Token Services (setting goals, planning roll-out activities, maintaining, and regularly updating the project pipeline).

  • Main responsibilities require excellent communication skills and the ability to present current and new capabilities leading to practical business solutions.

  • Proactively educate the Visa organization on analytics evolution, new use cases, and available capabilities to continue to transform the ecosystem and identify market development and partner opportunities.

 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Basic Qualifications
• 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering, or at least 1 year of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA).
• 2-3 years of experience in the banking or payment industry with a focus on data analytics or business intelligence, including client interaction.
• Experience within digital services, financial services, or any data-intensive industry is required.
• A good understanding of data analysis techniques, process optimization and automation is necessary.
• High energy, motivated team player, capable of effectively leading across functions and teams to drive projects and key initiatives to completion.
• Other relevant work experiences: data analysis, dashboard management, program management, reporting, strategic planning, stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical details into easily understandable content.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills are required.
• Expert advance level in data visualization tools and advanced level in data analysis tools like Power Point and Excel
• Problem Solver, critical thinker, highly organized, detail-oriented, and highly engaged.
• Basic understanding of developing data-driven strategies, concepts, and new business models is required. Knowledge or expertise in these areas is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and an agile mindset.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish languages.
• Ability to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications
• 5 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, or more than 1 year of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA).

• Proven skills in data storytelling and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and articulately to both technical and non-technical audiences, at varying levels of management.
• Demonstrated experience in data visualization, dashboard management, user behavior analysis, and optimization.
• Strong consulting vision with the ability to provide strategic and actionable insights to various business units.
• Knowledge of product management and understanding in digital products.
• Understanding of data analysis techniques, process automation, and optimization technologies.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish. Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 112,500.00 to 163,050.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
