Product Manager
Location: Fully Remote, UK
Contract Type: Full time, Permanent, 40 hour week, Mon-Fri, 8.30am-5.30pm
Interviews: Max 3 stages totalling around 3.5 hours

If you’ve got experience in Product Management in a B2B SaaS environment (ideally working with large amounts of content and complex workflows), love creating roadmaps, and launching products, we want to hear from you!
We would love to hear from you if you have the criteria below: 📬
- Experience in growing an enterprise SaaS business, ideally from £3m to £10m.
- Experience working and thriving in a remote setting and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
- Able to use a wide range of product management principles and approaches to manage product lifecycle.
- Have knowledge of broad design and UX principles. Able to have UX and design conversations, understanding the trade-offs of design/UX choices and how they may impact customer experience.
- Have proven skills in applying agile methodology to iteratively deliver in a rapid manner
- Demonstrated ability to understand the user, identifying who they are and what their needs are, based on evidence.
- Ability to leverage popular business data and analytics tools, to establish, track, and interpret KPIs to measure product success.
- Proven success in making decisions that balance financial and market data with customer needs and technical feasibility.
- Ability to communicate clearly and break complex ideas into simple concepts.
- The right to live and work in the UK or willing to work UK hours

Our Expectation:
While the below is not an exhaustive list, it outlines the bulk of what is expected to succeed
- You are recognised as a specialist and expert in product management within the company and you actively develop a product mindset and best practices within the team.
- You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of our InfoPro product, with the goal of owning MyVable within the next 12 months in alignment with the founder's vision.
- You will be responsible for the product strategy and 6 to 12 month's roadmap priorities and delivery to achieve Vable's business goals.
- You continuously build the right product, optimising to its full potential to meet short term and long term strategy, within the limits of the current resources.
- You put the client first and manage competing priorities.
- You plan and run different phases of product delivery in collaboration with our Product Operations Manager.
- You set and define KPIs to measure product success.
- You make decisions that balance financial and market data with customer needs and technical feasibility.
- You lead, engage, and motivate your immediate team (product ops, UX/UI) and collaborate with multiple teams (Tech, Sales, etc) to achieve business goals.
- You build and nurture strong working relationships at all levels and departments.
- You collaborate with the tech and revenue department by adjusting and aligning priorities to achieve clarity to deliver on product goals.
- You keep on top of market trends, the latest news and competitor activity so that Vable can shape opportunities for product development.
- You will work closely with the founder to identify market trends and opportunities (e.g. SWOT, business model canvas, competitive analysis, business case creation, financial modelling, etc.) combined with a wider context of company goals and objectives to the shape product direction.

❌ Why it might not be right for you?
- We are a 40 hour week, Mon-Fri and have core hours, unless stated otherwise or agreed. Being a small remote team, it's how we operate and you are expected to be available in those times.
- There are weekly meetings and people are expected to attend and contribute.
- We offer continuous feedback and recognition, everyone has the opportunity to challenge ideas, ask questions and introduce new ideas.

Interview Process:
- Intro Call: You will meet a member of the People team on a 30 minute zoom call; you don't need to prepare anything in advance.
- Interview: If we’re both excited to proceed, you will be invited to a second stage interview with Matthew, Head of Product and another applicable manager.
- Final Interview: Will be with the Head of Product and Head of Technology. This part of the process may include a task/presentation.
