About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Manager to take ownership of the Mosaic Platform’s user management capabilities.
This mid-senior level role will also focus on leading cross-platform experiences and ensuring seamless management across services within the platform.
A key responsibility will be to make complex product flows and large datasets accessible, providing visibility and insights for investigation purposes. T
he role will also involve making the Mosaic platform—comprising several modules and services—more easily used by the various multi-functional teams that rely on it across the organizations we serve.
Experience with product-led growth (PLG) thinking in the context of cybersecurity products is a significant advantage, as is experience in working with enterprise customers.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the development and management of user management features within the Mosaic Platform, ensuring they address the needs of large enterprise customers.
- Spearhead the design and implementation of cross-platform experiences within Mosaic, driving cohesion across platform services.
- Simplify the use of the Mosaic platform, including its multiple modules and services, for the multi-functional teams we sell to, ensuring it is intuitive and adaptable to diverse operational needs.
- Make complex product flows and large datasets easy to access and visualize, enabling in-depth visibility for investigation and operational insights.
- Implement strategies that increase usage and adoption across the platform services, with a focus on scaling within enterprise environments.
- Work closely with engineering managers and UX designers to deliver seamless, data-driven product experiences. Ensure a design-first approach that enhances usability.
- Define, prioritize, and deliver a product roadmap aligned with company objectives and user feedback, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features.
- Engage with large enterprise customers to understand their challenges and pain points, translating their feedback into actionable product improvements.
What you’ll need:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with roles in at least two different B2B Software companies.
- Proven experience in product management within the cybersecurity / technology market.
- Strong background in working with large enterprise clients, understanding their requirements, and delivering scalable solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects.
- Proven ability to define, communicate, and execute a product roadmap, driving results from ideation to launch.
- Expertise in simplifying complex data sets and product workflows to make them more visible and manageable for users.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and a strong track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High level of creativity and problem-solving skills.
- A bachelor's degree is required (or equivalent military experience).
