We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our Technology Group. In this role, you will be responsible for driving investments in our platform and development frameworks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Support and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for specific investment areas
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to develop and launch new features and products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Advocate for the end-user experience, ensuring products are intuitive, reliable, and meet user needs.
- Identify roadblocks and demonstrate the ability to provide practical recommendations for overcoming them.
- Minimum of 5+ years of product management or program management experience in similar tech.
- Proven track record of successfully managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in the technology, software, or related industries.
- Experience in engaging directly with customers or end-users for product feedback.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Proven ability to understand customer needs and translate them into successful products
- You can work remotely from home, or from one of our nearby offices. The job can be fulfilled both from Sri Lanka as well as Europe.
