Product Manager, Staking

As we expand our Product division, we are actively seeking a Senior Product Manager who is eager to spearhead our ventures across various verticals, with a particular focus on staking. The Senior Product Manager for Staking will be instrumental in propelling our staking operations to new heights, overseeing a diverse portfolio of assets and leading our exploration into new protocols and innovative staking mechanisms. This role demands a candidate who is not only abreast of the latest developments in the staking domain but also deeply immersed in the most cutting-edge advancements within the ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of engineers and spearhead the strategic development and expansion of BitGo's staking services, focusing on the integration of new staking protocols and the enhancement of existing staking infrastructure to cater to a diverse institutional and retail client base.
• Continuously monitor the staking ecosystem for technological advancements and regulatory changes, ensuring BitGo remains at the forefront of staking innovation and compliance.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for staking products, aligning with BitGo's strategic objectives and responding dynamically to industry trends and customer needs.
• Establish clear success metrics for the staking product line, implementing effective tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor performance and guide continuous improvement efforts.

Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in product management leading complex product launches with cross-functional teams, demonstrating exceptional leadership and project management skills.
• Deep expertise in the staking domain within the blockchain ecosystem, with a comprehensive understanding of the latest technological advancements, protocols, and regulatory landscapes.
• A strong passion for driving the adoption and integration of digital assets into mainstream markets, with a forward-thinking approach to product innovation and market trends.
• Proven expertise in articulating a clear vision and strategic direction for advanced product lines, with a robust portfolio of successfully launched products that have made a significant market impact.
• Advanced communication and organizational abilities, capable of effectively articulating product visions to stakeholders at all levels and ensuring cohesive team alignment and execution.
• Versatile and strategic problem-solving skills, with a track record of hands-on involvement in product design, QA processes, and resolving critical issues to maintain project momentum.
• Demonstrated capacity to lead and inspire teams in rapidly evolving and ambiguous environments, ensuring agility, efficiency, and resilience.

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range from $132,000 to $200,000 + target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k).

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending upon your leveling and location, the compensation for this role averages between $120,000 - $190,000 USD base salary. Equity, an annual performance bonus and the benefits outlined below are also a part of this role's package.
