Let's start with the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our Sportsbook Platform team. Sportsbook Platform belongs to the Platform vertical that oversees a suite of essential applications. More specifically, the Sportsbook Platform is responsible for providing trading functionalities and managing customer betting activities.
The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of our sports betting platform, ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of our customers and remains competitive in the market.
As a Product Manager for our Sportsbook Platform team, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring that products are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
- Develop a deep understanding of the sports betting market, including industry trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory requirements, to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
- Work closely with product owners and the development team to prioritize and execute product enhancements and new feature development, using agile methodologies and best practices.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives, and use data-driven insights to iterate and optimize product features and functionality.
- Working in cross-functional project, identify dependencies, communicate impediments, understand how the feature affects internal users but also how customers will respond to the new functionality.
- Elicit and document requirements, collaborate with designers to create wireframes, mockups etc.
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of product management experience in the sports betting or gaming industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality products and driving business growth.
- Good understanding of sports betting products and platforms, including knowledge of betting industry and risk management.
- Experience working in an agile development environment, with a solid understanding of agile methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to use data and insights to inform product decisions and drive results.
- Ability to lead and influence others and to build strong relationships
- Passion for innovation and technology, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
