Product Manager-Solutions Operations

 

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Describe scope: 

 

  • Develop and optimize effective operational solutions.  

-Establish product hospital operation system. 

-Develop and continuously optimize effective operational solutions. 

-National market analysis, including the collection and analysis of competitive information, establish a product operation database to obtain effective insight, in order to facilitate the continuous optimization of market strategy, to lead the healthy development of products growth in hospital. 

  • Set benchmark and lead strategic projects. 

-Improve the agency division, assist in the sale of benchmarking institutions in the region under its jurisdiction for business diagnosis, customized operational solutions; 

-Build benchmarking institutional cases and drive market voices and replication of successful experiences; 

-Lead or participate in strategic project planning and execution, such as. 

National forum content planning and speaker reserve. 

  • Internal team support and training 

- Work with local marketing teams to drive hospital-side operational solutions. 

-Provide business operations training, methodology and practice cases to the sales team. 

Education and Experience 

  • University degree in business, marketing or healthcare related majors. MBA preferred.  

  • Experience in strategy consulting/ Product or project management experience and/or internal consultants. 

  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is a must. English is preferable. 

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and reporting skills, Cross-sectoral cooperation capabilities. Proficiency skill on Microsoft Office
