Product Manager

SOFTONE is looking for a Product Manager to join our Go retail team. 

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Ensures that bugs and new minor functional specifications are valid on business perspective and reported to R&D correctly
• Maintain bugs and minor specifications backlog in an orderly fashion
• Analyze and document software specifications and work closely with R&D and Product management to deliver products and services
• Works closely with R&D to ensure that all issues are correctly reproduced in test environment
• Act as second level support to support and project implementation teams
• Participate in user acceptance testing
• Deliver content and product documentation
• Aids senior product managers and product leads

Qualifications & & Competencies

• 2+ years of experience in IT/Business Software industry

• BS in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
• Master is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of Business Software and SQL server
• Very good communication and negotiation skills
• Very good knowledge of English language
• Great people skills and good communication skills
• Strong analytical, strategic, and coordinating skills
• A high degree of personal initiative, learning ability and willingness to learn are a basic prerequisite
