What You Will Do:

As Product Manager, Social, you will be part of a team who owns cross-publisher tools covering the end-to-end management and optimization of social advertising. You’ll help conceive, architect, and implement new market-leading products and product features which aid our clients’ efficiencies and profitability.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Work with Product Team to develop product strategy and translate that into a prioritized product roadmap and short-term backlog
  • Own creative production and trafficking capabilities tailored specifically for social advertisers
  • Actively assess customer feedback, requests, and changing market needs to identify high impact features to prioritize and incorporate into product roadmap
  • Clearly communicate the product roadmap, strategy, and prioritization to stakeholders across the company
  • Produce, maintain, and manage product specs and documentation, work with UX team to on wireframes and mockups, evaluate build feasibility and timelines with engineering counterparts, and shepherd features to release in market
  • Work cross-functionality with Product Marketing to develop Go-to-Market plans, with Sales and Client Success to facilitate successful client and prospect engagement, and with Partnerships to maintain strong relationships with publisher partners

Who You Are:

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience to B2B software, marketing tech, or e-commerce. Some examples:
  •  Product Management, Product Marketing, or UX Design at a B2B SaaS company
  •  Engineering at a company with strong Product/Engineering collaboration
  •  A senior role on an Agency or Brand e-commerce buying team
  • Experience in roles working cross-functionally with a wide breadth of stakeholders, users, engineers, and business leaders to generate buy-in
  • Experience with go-to-market processes and launching products
  • Experience working with advertising platform and technology APIs
  • Understanding of social advertising ecosystems and creative personalization solutions and workflows
  • Proficiency with product management tools and processes for platform analytics, customer feedback, feature prioritization, and roadmapping
  • Ability to develop and implement meaningful criteria to measure the success of a product or feature.
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills with demonstrated ability to act on insights gleaned from data.
  • Experience working with engineering teams to define, scope and prioritize product requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Able to calibrate communication style ranging from nuanced, persuasive conversations to straightforward technical chats.
  • Confidence to make and stick to tough decisions—including when it means saying “no” to the loudest voices in the room—but flexibility to change course when the situation requires it.
  • Demonstrated experience of thinking creatively, taking the initiative, and constructively advocating on behalf of clients and/or customers.
