In this role, you will lead the charge in identifying and implementing strategic initiatives that drive shopper engagement and conversion, acting as a bridge between our customers' needs and our product innovation. Your mission is to deeply understand the shopper experience, using a blend of intuition, analytics, and user feedback to guide the development of features and enhancements that not only solve for immediate growth challenges but also set the stage for long-term success
