Product Manager, Sales Solutions Trust

LinkedIn Sales Navigator aims to bring buyers and sellers closer together by allowing sellers to leverage the unique data and insights available on LinkedIn to find new leads, build deeper relationships with customers, and ultimately achieve their sales goals. In this role you will lead a core part of Sales Navigator's product strategy and roadmap, aimed specifically at ensuring the safety of our experiences for all members & customers.

As the product owner for Sales Solutions Trust, you will lead the strategy and efforts to fight against fraudulent users/entities that look to potentially harm our users and members. You will understand the latest attack vectors, implement innovative solutions to combat them, and help define the product & partnership strategies to drive impact for the Sales Solutions business. As a part of your work, you will directly leverage and advance our Sales Navigator product & technologies, but also have the opportunity to partner with the larger LinkedIn.com experience and Trust & Safety teams - building even more scaled solutions while learning from some of the best & brightest in their fields. Additionally, as a part of the Sales Solutions Online & Trust product team, you will get exposure to, and the opportunity to learn & contribute to our online growth (acquisition & retention) strategies and product work.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and lead analyses of the safety of our experiences, customers challenges, and product metrics to define innovative features and platform enhancements.
  • Evaluate competitive ecosystem, along with member & customer expectations to determine additional product and partnership opportunities
  • Gain input and drive alignment with key stakeholders in Trust & Safety, Support, Finance & Operations, Sales, Marketing, and more
  • Develop a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap to deliver on business goals
  • Drive global product requirements definition, product planning, and product design (including writing PRDs) of new features and enhancements
  • Work cross-functionally, and with the Product Development team to bring features live to the site
  • Clearly communicate product benefits to our users and internal stakeholders

Basic Qualifications

  • BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role

Preferred Qualifications

  • MS degree in a technology-related field
  • Experience building web products with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development, experimentation, and launch
  • Experience with trust, safety, and abuse product development, analysis, technology, and strategies
  • Experience with self-service/online acquisition and retention product development, experimentation, and strategies
  • Experience with B2B SaaS products, bonus points for familiarity with sales technology and CRM software
  • Knowledge of the Internet, emerging web technologies, social media products, and community building
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and their relevance to LinkedIn’s ecosystem
  • Ability to manage complex projects across highly cross-functional teams and leading without authority
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.  

The pay range for this role is $141,000 to $171,000.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
