As a Product Manager at SafeLease, you will own the development and lifecycle of key Insurance products, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with the company’s strategic goals. Working across teams and functions, you’ll play a critical role in designing and launching innovative solutions while refining existing offerings to drive value for our partners. This is a hybrid role based in our downtown Austin, Texas office.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end management of products, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams to design and deliver impactful solutions.
- Define and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Track product performance, using data and customer feedback to iterate and improve.
- Develop and communicate clear product roadmaps, timelines, and strategies.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity and cohesion.
About You
- 3-5 years of product management experience in the insurance industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with regulatory compliance in the insurance or financial services sectors is a plus.
