Our Product team is hyper-focused on creating products that solve real-world problems in the crowdsourced delivery space. Dedicated to RoadieXD™, Roadie’s brand new cross-dock solution, we are looking for a Product Manager who will develop and execute on a product roadmap focused meeting the ever-increasing scalability and performance requirements for RoadieXD™.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with the Product Lead of the Sender Experience to identify goals, direction, and execution
- Communicate regularly with internal RoadieXD™ stakeholders (Operations, Development, Send/Drive/Internal Experience, etc) to understand their goals and help them identify root problems
- Scope, plan, and deliver an actionable product backlog, prioritizing stories, and ship high-quality features weekly
- Synthesize insights into a strong product direction and immerse yourself within the agile development team to execute your vision
- Lead projects end-to-end as well as partnering cross-functionally to evaluate impact
- Willingness to travel, when necessary, to visit warehouse operations to gather hands on insights and learnings
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in the product development life cycle
- The ability to work with and navigate ambiguity
- Experience collaborating with development, QA, and UX teams in an agile environment
- Experience with warehouse management systems, preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, using data to drive decision-making
- Thrive in environments where you are balancing different perspectives and competing priorities
- Radical thinking paired with strong execution- can envision a world different than the status quo with the ability to articulate a clear path to get there
