Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Planning: Conduct market research, collaborate with teams, and define target market positioning and value proposition for new and existing products.
- New Product Development: Lead end to end product development, from ideation to commercialization, collaborating with cross functional teams.
- Product Optimization: Analyze product performance, gather customer insights, and implement strategies to enhance product quality and satisfaction.
- Product Management and Execution: Develop project plans, oversee packaging compliance, and work with suppliers for sourcing high quality materials.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Atleast 5 years of proven experience as a Product manager or in a similar role, preferably in the pet food industryor consumer packaged goods.
- Strong knowledge of new product development processes, market research, and product optimization strategies.
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced, dynamic environment and excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make data driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Proficincy in Microsoft Office Suite product management software and other marketing tools.
